Couples/Family Psychotherapy
60 minutes $200
Relational counseling targets toxic cycles that produce communicative gaps, constant friction, resentment, or a basic inability to validate the experiences of loved ones.
Focus areas include empathetic hearing, diffusing conflict, establishing trust, defining personal space, closeness, managing life shifts, and creating a collaborative vision for the future.
Group Psychotherapy
Where Art Thou? Group Psychotherapy — 90 minutes $75 per session. Find healing in community with others on a similar path.
These professional-led gatherings combine collective conversation, development of coping tools, and communal support. New participants are required to undergo a short screening to confirm the group environment is clinically appropriate for their psychological goals and well-being.
Initial Clinical Assessment

This primary evaluation provides a comprehensive look into your background and present life to design a bespoke strategy for your mental health progress.
We explore your psychological profile, upbringing, medical records, social context, internal assets, and faith values to gain a holistic view of your identity, allowing us to establish meaningful and achievable therapeutic milestones together.
